Duration: 6 months mandate. Possibility of permanence with the client at the end of the mandate.
Bilingualism: French, mandatory. English, an asset.
Maximum rate: No maximum. Please respect the rate grid as much as possible.
Remote work: 100% remote. Possibility of on-site presence 2 days/week. It is preferable that the candidate live in Montreal or the surrounding area.
Department - Desktop and Office Automation
- Provide level 3 support for incidents, identify primary causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure a quick response to requests, incidents and problems while respecting the SLAs in place.
- Be the point of reference for monitoring workstations (anti-virus, encryption etc.)
- Ensure the support and maintenance of Windows device management tools such as SCCM, Intune, GPO etc
- Ensure knowledge sharing with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
- 4-6 years of SCCM and GPO environment management experience in a tier 3 support team.
- Experience managing Intune infrastructure and modern management tools.
- Knowledge of Windows 8.1 and 10, Group Policies and Powershell.
- Knowledge of Azure
- Possess strong leadership, self-directed, automation skills.
