Position Description


For now from home, back to office in 2022 (2-3 days a week)

Hours per week 37.5

Day-to-day basis -

  • Take calls and emails.
  • Open, update and close tickets for incident and other customer requests,
  • update inventory, invoicing.

What will the contractor need to deliver in their initial 1–6 months?

Which qualifications are essential? Customer service experience

Ideal candidate? candidate with accounts receivable and payable background. Familiar with inventory movement, Who did clerical/admin tasks

No testing in interviews

Any potential to hire full time? Yes, potential, no guarantee

Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.

  • Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.
  • Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes.
  • Qualifications include:
    • Previous customer service experience;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • and Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner.
    • Capable of multi tasking.
    • Can manage priorities and stress.
    • Be ressourceful and self governing.
    • Team player.
    • Experience in billing (receivables, payables).
