Description:

We are not looking for a Functional Analyst who works alone. We are looking for a team player, someone who wants to learn as well as share, someone who loves Salesforce solutions, talks about them, lives them! Are you a Salesforce Functional Analyst?

Do you want to help build a centralized CRM platform for our entire organization? You will be part of the Unison IT delivery team that delivers in collaboration with the business lines. A team that understands the needs of our colleagues and uses all of their expertise to implement innovative, secure and high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform!

Responsibilities:

- Support product managers in identifying business needs and assist them in facilitating workshops

- Contribute to the identification, validation and documentation of user stories (business, functional and technical) in order to support the development of technology solutions according to business needs. Identify inconsistencies, gaps and contradictory product backlog items

- Determine if the product roadmap items are optimal and prioritized according to business needs

- Creatively identify possible solutions with technical teams, including architects, leveraging knowledge of the Salesforce platform and architecture to support the design of solutions to minimize maintenance requirements

- Facilitate and coordinate conversations with product managers and EMS experts to ensure that the selected solution is aligned with business needs and the Enterprise solution

- Configure Salesforce.com instances, including the following types of configuration:

- Layouts, validation rules, workflows and process generators

- Reports and dashboards

- New objects, fields, forms, tabs, user profiles

- Organizational default settings, share settings

- Support the QA team and adoption team by answering questions, reviewing documentation (test scripts, training materials) and providing context for testing

Qualifications:

As an ideal candidate, you meet the following criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the industry and several years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of the Canadian financial industry

- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, as well as its architecture principles.

- Knowledge of the Financial Services Cloud and nCino is an asset

- Salesforce and Trailhead certifications

- Understanding of Salesforce functional integration and data migration principles, such as the use of APIs and ETLs.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement configurations for Salesforce applications

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, and Agile methodology

- Ability to work on concurrent projects, activities, and tasks while meeting deadlines
