Bilingualism: Mandatory. English and French required.

Remote work: 100% remote. Resources will remain in the provinces of QC or ONT.
Participate in the implementation of a customer lifecycle management platform (Fenergo) by ensuring integration with related ecosystem systems, including master client data management, document management (Filenet) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Writing of functional specifications
- Act as a bridge between the business analyst and the developers
- Support during end-user tests
- Support the operationalization of the platform in collaboration with the business line
- Experience in banking and/or financial services
- Experience with customer data profiling with SQL server or other similar tools
- Knowledge of KYC (Know your Client)
- Familiarity with AML, IIROC, LRPCFAT and other regulations impacting customers
