Position Description

This position reports to the Senior Director - IT Delivery Leader, PRI Transformation Program.

Your main challenges

- Understand business issues and identify consumer data needs to support the delivery of their projects;

- Provide all information to understand, interpret and influence directions and practices in customer & employee experience, integration and interpretation of source system data, privacy;

- Work closely with various IT teams and business lines;

- Respond to complex stakeholder requests and ensure the provision of solutions and satisfaction through the quality of services offered;

- Participate in the definition of the customer & employee experience, integration of complex IT systems;

- Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of problems while ensuring the implementation of permanent corrective measures and this, in a perspective of continuous improvement;

More specifically, you will have to :

- Understand the business processes of the different projects that will be assigned to you and document their business needs and processes;

- Analyze the data and privacy needs of the various projects;

- Participate in ensuring the adequacy of solutions, technological architecture elements and functional analysis elements in relation to our business principles;

- Propose alternative integration solutions;

- Accompany projects in process mapping activities;

- Carry out different types of analyses (process, data, impacts, risks, issues);

- Make stakeholders aware of the efforts required for change management;

- Accompany projects in the preparation of strategies and final acceptance test plans.


- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience

- Experience with development projects involving multiple stakeholders, technical integrations and interdependencies

- Knowledge of modern digital platform concepts, technologies and solutions (Microservices, APIs, Real-Time Data Feeds, Orchestration, Straight Through Processing, etc.) and their application in the context of customer data management, an asset

- Experience in stakeholder management

- Experience in facilitating workshops

- Experience in banking or finance is an asset

- Knowledge of RESTful services (JSON) and API, an asset

- Knowledge of UML modeling, an asset

- Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...).

- Knowledge in Master Data Management, an asset

- Strong sense of autonomy and organization

- Good ability to manage a multitude of priorities

- Ability to work in a team

- Demonstrate curiosity, flexibility and open-mindedness
