As a member of the Enterprise Automation and Digitalization team, you will be a key player in an operations team whose objective is to stabilize the ecosystem, develop new ways of integrating projects into our operations and maintain the availability and reliability of our assets in production. You will work in a highly qualified team that stands out for its dynamism, its performance and where fun is an integral part of our daily life. Your mandate

- Act as Level 2 to ensure the availability of our production environments (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for our servers, batches and micro-services.

- Act as the primary point of contact between internal customers and our team;

- Respond and take action as a Level 2 expert in the event of an incident on our assets;

- Investigate and analyze system logs

- Optimize processing and apply patches to our production environments;

- Interpret and correct functional analysis files;

- Interpret and correct functional analysis files; Participate in monitoring efforts;

- Diagnose problems and resolve issues, ensuring that the solutions developed are permanent, with a view to the continuous improvement of our assets.

In your role as a Level 2 leader, you will be called upon to act as an expert, as needed, in the event of an incident outside of normal working hours on a rotating schedule.

Your profile and skills:

- Relevant experience in supporting and maintaining technology tools and environments;

- College diploma (DEC) in computer science and 3 years experience in operations OR Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Technology Management or equivalent;

- Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET, VB6, SQL programming languages;

- Experience with analysis and use of server logs;

- Ability to read and understand code in various languages

- Experience in scripting

- Knowledge of Microservice & API processing tools (Java) an asset;

- Basic knowledge of Websphere server administration an asset

- Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git) an asset;

- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodology an asset;

- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration practices (an asset);
