Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital HR, you will be accountable for enhancing the HR technology landscape through defining the roadmap, project delivery, day-to-day operational tasks and providing multi-module support within our Human Resources Information Systems. You will be hands on collaborating, supporting and leading operational innovation in our technologies used for Learning, Performance, Talent, Succession, Recruitment, Collaboration and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on with day-to-day platform management (Release, RBP, Configuration, etc.)Preparation and facilitation of internal presentations related to roadmap and projects to persuade and obtain commitment on required changes to achieve desired business outcomesIdentify and propose enhancements that drive simplicity, ease of use and efficiencySystem integration with Enterprise IT architecture (LDAP, SAML, API, etc.)Data management (report center, analytics, record management, etc.)Technical subject matter expert for our platforms and related technologyProvide input and expert advice into the configuration of the SuccessFactors (BizX, People Profile, Online reporting, Mobile, etc.Responsible for incident management – submit and manage SAP ticketsPerform key business analysis tasks on projects to ensure project scope and deliverables will achieve required business impactsDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and methods to ensure proper business continuityCritical Competencies:
SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and accreditation is critical to the role2-5 years of experience with Human Resources Management System administrationSound understanding of enterprise grade IT infrastructure, protocols and designOrganized, disciplined and autonomous – someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidanceExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsFlexibility and Adaptability in performing multiple tasksAbility to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneouslyPreferred Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of studyAdvanced experience with all SuccessFactors HCM modules (without EC)Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
