Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension and permanence
Temp-to-perm: mandatory, resource must sign on as a perm of the customer by the end of the mandate
Rate; Flexible
Bilingualism: French mandatory and English functional (min: 3/5)
Remote: Priority will be given to candidates living in the Montreal area and surroundings. Return to the office possible in hybrid mode at a rate of 1 time/week.
The ECM team is responsible for managing the IT tools that enable the operationalization of document management, scanning and data extraction capabilities required to support the customer and employee experience and associated business processes.
Your role:
- Master the technology ecosystem and understand the interrelationships.
- Make the link between business needs and technology requirements.
- Define and document the business solutions to be developed.
- Analyze data and participate in end-to-end testing.
- Establish work to be done according to priorities based on business value and risks.
- Contribute to various projects and ecosystem evolutions.
- Develop and acquire related skills to adapt to the needs.
- Analyze and qualify change requests.
- Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.
Your profile:
- ECM experience an asset
- Kafka experience an asset
- Experience with API Rest and microservices an asset
- Cloud experience (AWS) an asset- Knowledge and experience with agile methods (Jira, Confluence etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively and challenge business needs
- Problem solving skills, autonomy and empowerment
- Good team player skills: positivism, communication, respect, commitment, generosity and adaptability, curiosity
- Curious and aware of the latest trends in technology
