Flex hours, possible to work from remote? Yes, with requirement to come to the office once in a while.
They will be working 40 hours per week, however there shifts can be day or night according to the business need either 8 or 10 hours per day.
Use the network management tools, to ensure network availability is maximized.Act as interface to Network Operations Groups, Engineering, Implementation, Third Party Carriers and Customer Facing Groups.Monitor and analyze alarm status of all network elements nationally using the provided network management tools, e.g. Remedy and Netrac.Troubleshoot verified alarms and record steps taken to resolve the network issue.Dispatch unresolved network alarms/issues in a timely manner to the appropriate group as required.Assist in the implementation and testing of new services and platforms and assist during routine tests and troubleshooting activities.
