Your main challenges :
Develop a strong understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and technology components of the initiativeProduce test strategies and ensure the overall planning and integration of test activities within the framework of technology solution implementation projects in both a Waterfall and Agile modelSupervise and assist the test team (onsite/offshore), coordinate the activities of the team members, act as a coach to the resources in the control of quality activitiesMonitor and control quality activities and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and proceduresPropose and influence the definition and evolution of the team's practices and processesParticipate in the implementation of automation tools for regression and functional tests in a DevOps contextRecommend appropriate quality management toolsEnsure the quality of deliverables and the respect of deadlinesMonitor day-to-day quality activities including test development, test execution and bug managementParticipate in the creation and execution of test cases as neededCertify the compliance of the tests and the quality of the delivered solution and make recommendations on the deployment of the solution in productionParticipate in the development of automation and capacity performance strategies (CPR)Identify risks related to the quality activities implemented and propose mitigation plansProduce estimates for the implementation of quality activitiesAct as a quality management advisor to the stakeholders of the same projectRepresent the project in various governance forums with the various stakeholdersCreate and communicate monitoring reports that are tailored to the various audiences, complete and demonstrate high quality and information literacyPromote appropriate solutions and make recommendations to rectify any situation that may affect the smooth running of the projects.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experienceTest management experience (5 years)Experience in Agile project management (2 years)Experience using tools such as Jira, Xray, JenkinsExperience in test automationKnowledge of QA best practices and testing practicesKnowledge of DevOps development process and continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)Experience in development projects with a large number of technical integrations and interdependenciesKnowledge of modern digital platform concepts, technologies and solutions (Microservices, APIs, Real-Time Data Feeds, Orchestration, Straight Through Processing, etc.) and their application to customer data managementCSTE and/or CSQA, and/or ISTQB certification, desirableExperience in the banking industry, desirableAbility to liaise between different stakeholders (Squad, other areas of NLC)Strong influencing and negotiation skills
