As a member of the Enterprise Automation and Digitalization team, you will be a key player in an operations team whose objective is to stabilize the ecosystem, develop new ways of integrating projects into our operations, and maintain the availability and reliability of our assets in production. You will work in a highly qualified team that stands out for its dynamism, its performance and where fun is an integral part of our daily life. Your mandate:

Act as an analyst to ensure the availability of our production environments (24/7) for our servers, batch, microservices

Act as the primary point of contact between internal customers and our team

Respond and take action as an analyst in the event of an incident on our assets

Investigate and analyze system logs

Optimize processing and apply patches to our production environments

Participate in monitoring efforts

Diagnose problems and resolve issues, ensuring that the solutions developed are permanent, with a view to the continuous improvement of our assets

In your role as an analyst (operations support), you will be called upon to act as an expert, as needed, in the event of an incident outside of normal working hours on a rotating schedule.

Your profile and skills:

College diploma (DEC) in computer science and 3 years of experience in operations OR Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Technology Management or equivalent

Relevant experience in operations support

Experience in supporting batch jobs launched by schedulers is an asset

Experience in scripting

Powershell and Bash are assets

Experience in log analysis and interpretation

Ability to read and understand code in various languages

Java, VB6 and VB.NET are assets

Ability to write and understand SQL queries

SQL Server is an asset

Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration practices is an asset;
