We need someone who has practical experience in implementing Continuous Testing

We are looking for a resource from Intermediate to Senior level.

Your main challenges:

- Participate in the implementation of the Continuous Testing strategy within a large-scale program;

- Integrate automation best practices in the squads;

- Be able to refine the testing strategy based on feedback from the teams;

- Audit and optimize existing automated tests;

- Contribute to the improvement of the test framework (Java development);

- Integrate pipeline principles in test execution;

- Support the implementation of isolated test environments (mocking/stubbing);

- Implement sound test data management;

- Work in close collaboration with various IT teams;

More specifically, you will have to :

- Understand the continuous testing target and break it down into multiple iterative deliverables;

- Identify current practices and maturity level by squad to determine the effort to achieve the target;

- Support the squads in organizing/structuring the tests;

- Support teams in the implementation of best practices (BDD approach, traceability, execution report per release, peer review, ...)

- Analyze test data needs and participate in the test isolation effort (stubbing/mock)

- Contribute to the stabilization effort of automated tests;

- Make stakeholders aware of the efforts required to implement a continuous testing practice;

- Participate in the strategy and automation of end-to-end tests;

- Participate in the implementation of indicators (development, continuous testing, team progress, ...);

Requirements:

- Bringing together personality and demonstrating leadership in the field;

- Demonstrate curiosity, flexibility and open-mindedness;

- Developed sense of autonomy and organization;

- Ability to work in a team

- Mastery of Java (Junit) and very good knowledge of RESTful services (JSON) and APIs;

- Experience in test automation and scripting (API (Rest & Soap), Web interfaces, end-to-end, ...);

- Mastery of automation frameworks (RestAssured, Selenium, Spring Cloud Contract...)

- Mastery of Jenkins;

- Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS);

- Experience in source code management;

- Experience in test isolation (stubbing/mock);

- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...);

- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English.

Assets

- Knowledge of ETL and batch mode;

- Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
