Primary Duties:
- Understand business issues, identify the needs of various stakeholders and propose strategies, taking into account the diversity of issues, to support project delivery.
- Gather, document and analyze information to validate and prioritize the business needs of the client and all stakeholders and link them to the Bank's strategic orientations.
- Ensure the delivery of a solution that adequately meets the business needs by integrating data management
- Carry out various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional, informational, processes, business rules) in order to produce a diagnosis of the gaps between the current situation and the desired situation.
- Facilitate workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenarios/problems
- Be able to produce different types of analysis (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate the results to stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, document current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate target processes using recognized modeling techniques
- Actively participate in defining test strategies and scenarios and participate in testing with the project team
Specific skills:
- Good knowledge of JIRA/Confluence tools
- MicroSoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams)
- Proficient in organizational process analysis methods.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes (Test Strategies and Scenarios)
- Bilingualism (oral and written)
- Knowledge of banking processes and systems an asset
