Context:
The Continuous Monitoring team is a Transformation team. It is at the heart of the Bank's technological and practice evolution.
From Tool to Practice:
The acceleration of the adoption of new technologies forces us to develop our practices. These new practices make us constantly review our needs, and therefore our tools and ways of doing things. We must navigate into an environment that combines evolutions, rationalizations, integrations and end-to-end monitoring.
DevOps at Agility:
We focus our efforts in simplifying processes and developing products and automation to accelerate the maturity of the client's projects in our practices.Our teams are organized in KanBan and guided by the SAFe methodology (PI planning). Our goal is to deliver value as early as possible through automation and continuous improvement.
Your role as a Splunk Expert:
• Have expertise in the administration of Splunk and its components (Heavy Forwarder, Universal Forwarder)
• Be an actor in Everything as Code
• Be GitOps oriented
• Participate in simplifying our procedures through automation
• Understand the needs and irritants of projects
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Manage incidents and research their root causes
Profile sought:
• Expertise in Splunk
• IT generalist, you are comfortable with most ecosystems (Cloud, On-Prem, Middleware, k8s, ...)
• Git (Bitbucket and Github) holds no secrets for you
• CI/CD do not scare you (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness ...)
• You are multilingual (Java, Python, Go...)
• Ansible and Terraform are your friends
• Knowledge of APM is an asset
