Analyzes business needs, optimizes business processes, writes requirements, bridges IT and business.

Seeking 1 true BA - Business (not IT - but IT experience would be an asset).

Someone who has worked in large corporations (banking an asset).

Someone who is used to working in complex organizations.

Has a sense of 'politics.

Good attention to detail.

Experience 5-10 years as a BA Business

Used to working in an AGILE mode

Works well with a PO (Project Owner)

Knows the SDLA cycle - input/output

Bilingual - Vendor is English speaking; documentation is in English - and the customer communicates mostly in French. Please indicate the level of bilingualism in the comments.

A resource who lives in and around Montreal. The position is remote at this time, but a return to the office is planned for this position. No out of town resources.
