Description

On our team, you’ll be working to enable client delivery teams to be more effective by adopting scaled agile solutions. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is used for the basis of our solution, the client Agile Framework (BAF), which enables the ability to scale agile at client. BAF provides supported process and tooling solutions that can be quickly adopted by delivery teams looking to get the benefits of faster time to market, increased productivity, improvement in quality and better employee engagement. You’ll be working with end users going through this transformation and with users using already using the solution. The team is customer centric with a constant eye to improving the onboarding\support experience to the solution and ideas on how to improve the solution itself.

Key Responsibilities

Working with end users to answer questions they have and get resolutions to their problems they have with the solution

Deliver on standard service requests provided by the team

Provide training to individuals or teams on aspects of the solution

Provide feedback to the development team on improvement opportunities with the solution or how it is delivered or supported

Work as part of a team in larger transformation engagements

Critical Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field involving software/systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience configuring JIRA and Confluence areas, working with issue management and testing systems

Previous experience working on a team using agile concepts

Strong problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Experience with trouble shooting server based application issues to determine root causes
