Description
We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer that has the desire to take the next step in their career and become an Agile SAFe Coach. As part of a team of experienced Agile transformation coaches, you will help transition our business from its existing work practices to adopting our standard scaled agile solution (client Agile Framework).
Key Responsibilities
Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of the client Agile FrameworkBased on the client Agile Framework adoption plan, lead the transformation for a team (or multiple teams in parallel) Deliver SAFe trainings and workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholdersActively build and contribute to the company's Agile Communities of Practice, and mentor agile practitionersAs required, ensure cross-value stream coordination and collaboration, drive highest productivity and better predictability of delivery across organization Work with metrics group in publishing management dashboards on agile team metrics Promote the use of the enterprise standard Agile/ DevOps toolset and work to help continuously improve it. Skills and Qualifications
Minimum two years experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)Strong leader, educator, and coachAn excellent communicator and motivatorDemonstrate success on applying SAFe best practices to improve KPIs and ART maturityCertified SAFe Program Consultant (or in progress)Solid working knowledge of Jira and ConfluenceExperience coaching at large organizations
