Remote work: 100% remote for the moment. Possibility of a possible presence at the downtown Montreal office once or twice a quarter depending on the needs of the initiatives.

*IMPORTANT: This is a position that requires an understanding of business (financial), client needs and digital knowledge. The manager is NOT looking for IT analysts, developers, or coders. Knowledge of technologies other than those listed below in the description is not required.

This position reports to the Director of Strategy & Portfolio Management Deployment

The main activities of the position are

- Understand the business benefits and challenges (impacts and magnitude of change)

- Work with the digital project leadership team to support the identification of priorities

- Contribute to recommendations for the implementation of deployment strategies

- Contribute to the analysis of impacts and risks of changes to users and recommend performance monitoring KPIs - proactively track data

- Contribute to the design, development and production of performance monitoring dashboards

- Organize and improve data management and quality

- Model data to create models that illustrate trends in the use of our digital platforms by our clients

- Communicate and popularize results to partners and business unit project management

- Accompany the delivery of projects through innovation and the evolution of monitoring structures (KPI dashboards and others)

- Work in collaboration and synergy with internal and external partners to achieve the benefits sought on business priorities

- Ability to positively influence and mobilize stakeholders

Desired profile:

- Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the business area, and two (2) years of relevant experience in data mining and 4 years of experience in a data analyst role.

- Experience in data analysis, KPI identification and dashboard production

- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI)

- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (mainly Excel and Access)

- Good knowledge of available collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApp considered an asset

- Experience in project deployment in a banking institution is a strong asset

- Knowledge of Python, SQL an asset

- Relational and communication skills, customer oriented

- Have a sense of priority in order to maximize business value
