Remote work: 100% remote. Preferable to live in Montreal and its surroundings.

Technical background (Non-negotiable): Good knowledge of Power BI (senior profile) and Jira tools (intermediate profile)

- Leader in the use of tools (dashboards, reporting, power BI)

- Point of contact for the Corpo sector.

- Respond to cross-functional needs between management teams

- Power BI development (profile with experience)

The IT Corporate Services Transformation team needs you!

You will actively participate in the execution of the sector transformation, through the deployment of tools and work methodologies using your leadership and knowledge, you will improve adoption and change management.

Your role:

- Ensure the implementation of tooling supporting the deployment of KPIs, dashboards and automation through scripting. To facilitate the improvement of team efficiency and value delivery

- Lead the adoption of the metrics culture and support teams in their deployment.

- Participate in structuring initiatives for the transformation of the sector (introduction of flowtime, new(introduction of flowtime, new capacity management tools, standardization of work processes for teams, etc.)

- Support teams and projects in the implementation of their work structure (Jira, PowerBi), including initial reflection and training

- Act as a change agent between the management, delivery and orchestration teams through strong leadership.

- Provide management with all decision support information to influence IT technology directions and policies (i.e. dashboard, etc.)

- Adopt a continuous improvement mentality at all times.

Your profile:

o Bachelor's degree related to the industry and two years of relevant experience OR University certificate and four years of relevant experience

o Knowledge of PowerBI, JIRA, Scripting tools

o Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology

o Positive, mobilizing and participative leadership

o Ability to work in a team

o Ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary stakeholder meetings

o Organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity and initiative

o Focused on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines

o Ability to adapt and technical knowledge
