Business Analyst, Process Optimization - The objective of the mandate is to redefine and optimize bank reconciliation processes in Agile mode.

- Ability to think in terms of processes;

- Ability to translate business processes into IT processes;

- Banking experience required, and previous experience in optimizing reconciliation processes;

- Ability to manage change and influence;

- Experience in agile project delivery;

- Accounting background is an asset;

- Ability to synthesize information / rigor;

- Ability to understand and communicate information (at a high level and in a granular manner);
