Description
IMPORTANT
Ideally looking for someone with SAP experience.
Posting for one year but the right candidate will likely be offered renewal for multiple years.
Currently it is full time work from home. Once we move towards returning to the office, expectation is part time from home with maybe 2-3 days/week at the office.
40 hours/week (8 hours/day). Essentially a standard M-F 9-5ish (we are a little flexible on start and end times based on personal circumstance, but loosely “9 to 5”.
Day to day - The BA will partner with the PM on projects and take a central role in project delivery, with a primary focus on project documentation (requirements gathering), technical design review to ensure IT’s solution meets business needs/requirements, test cycle planning / execution (create test plan, write scripts manage daily progress and communication of status and issues, etc.) and creation of training documents for some projects/portfolios. The BAs on our team bridge communications between the business stakeholders and the IT teams. For comparison’s sake, the PM would be engaged and supporting much of these activities as well, but the PM also owns the budget, governance, schedule, executive updates, issue/roadblock removal, portfolio strategy, escalation management, etc.
Top 3 functions -
We need someone with experience similar to above so that they can get up to speed quickly and start delivering on the above. Depending on their skill set, the actual project scope/list might be changed, but the role/expectations would not.
