Position Description

Duration: 6 months with mandatory permanence

Bilingualism: Mandatory (English and French)

Maximum rate: Flexible

Telecommuting: 100% remote.

*Possibility of permanence: Mandatory permanence after 6 months

DESCRIPTION

The Salesforce Solution Hub is a teamin the bank that is in charge of Salesforce best practices, maintenance, support and evolution requests for Salesforce instances in the bank.

In your role you will be responsible of enhancing, maintaining and supporting activities for several Salesforce instances plus certain ad-hoc tasks.

Enhancement, maintenance and support activities examples:

  • Respond to requests from business users
  • Work through a backlog of enhancements
  • Resolve application bugs
  • Scheduled imports

Ad-hoc tasks examples:

  • Participate in security validations for certain instances or validations against best practices
  • Data import activities
  • Documenting processes
  • POCs for Salesforce features
  • Salesforce release validations

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual: You would respond to requests or discuss with users that are located all over Canada

Must have:

  • Support experience (analyzing/prioritizing requests, respecting SLAs, escalations, good communication skills)
  • Hands-on Salesforce admin experience

  • Managing / debugging accesses, roles, profiles, permissions.
  • Creating objects / fields, changing page layouts, creating formulas, validation rules, managing FLS / object access
  • Automation: workflows, process builder, flows
  • Creating / updating reports, dashboards
  • Debugging integration issues (logs, processes)
  • Data load activities
  • Release testing

Good to have:

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Community (customer) Cloud
