Position Description

As a Product Owner, part of the Security Engineering and Program Management team, you will support software development teams and interface with stakeholders bridging the gap between business and technology. In addition, you will be managing the software development requirements, priorities and including overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

Responsabilities

  • Drive the success of our security products and manage end-to-end security initiatives;
  • Work collaboratively with multiple security teams —across development, testing and operations;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, analysts, other product managers and other security teams across the business;
  • Ability to define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap;
  • Be responsible for defining the product backlog and its maintenance;
  • Manage the priorities and objectives in order to maximize the business value delivered;
  • Define user stories, assess risk and facilitate progress throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Assume decision-making role with regard to the product backlog;
  • Be available and respond quickly to questions raised by the team;
  • Ensure the clarity, transparency and visibility of the product backlog to all team members and stakeholders;
  • Ensure the solution is aligned with security needs / requirements;
  • Approve the delivered solution;
  • Actively participate in the agile ceremonies necessary for the completion of projects;
  • Drive collaboration with cross functional team resources in delivering work in an agile way that builds trust, ownership and accountability;
  • Proactively work with the team to identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner;
  • Ensure operationalization of the solutions is part of your product lifecycle;
  • Experience with agile and/or lean start-up processes;
  • Knowledge of general security concepts
