English as much as possible functional. 60/40 French/English - External partner based in Toronto Start as soon as possible Your Role - Master the technology ecosystem and understand the interrelationships - Understand and document current processes - Be able to establish and optimize target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders - Produce impact analyses resulting from the changes caused by the target processes - Understand business issues, identify stakeholder needs, propose and implement IT strategies and solutions, taking into account the diverse nature of the issues to support project delivery - Prioritize work to be done based on business value and risk - Gather, document and analyze information to validate and prioritize the business needs of the client and all stakeholders and ensure that they are aligned with the Bank's strategic directions - Analyze the data required for the delivery of the solution - Make the link between business needs and technology requirements - Ensure the delivery of a solution that adequately meets the business needs and fits the target architecture - Identify and document information on stakeholders and their needs (issues to be resolved, technical requirements, business processes, data flows, etc.) - Ensure the delivery of analyses and documents related to smooth operational change management for stakeholders - Support the business sectors and IT in each step of the program implementation - Carry out various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional and informational, processes, business rules) to produce a diagnosis of the gaps between the current situation and the target situation. Your profile - Bachelor's degree related to the business sector and four years of relevant experience OR University Certificate/College Diploma and seven years of relevant experience - Demonstrated experience in business analysis - Knowledge of the banking IT ecosystem Enterprise (Asset) - Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) - Experience in complex project delivery and multiple integrations - Experience delivering ERP, CRM and business systems. - Experience in SAFE mode delivery, Agile Jira, Confluences etc. - Experience in business process management - Experience in change management - Strong ability to think strategically, strong vision, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team and facilitate decision making - Experience working cooperatively with multiple Business and IT architects and Product Owners. - Ability to make presentations to and participate in strategic and executive committees - Understanding of product/service delivery/life cycle desirable - Rigor and strong ownership skills - Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills - Team player, ability to positively influence and mobilize stakeholders - Adaptability in a changing environment - Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
