- Support architects in defining targets and roadmaps in the LeanIX enterprise architecture tool (workshops and 1 on 1 support requests)

- Follow up with stakeholders for a better use and understanding of the enterprise architecture governance

- Analyze and document the evolution needs of the architecture practice

- Propose evolutions based on the various documented needs

- Generate KPIs to have a synthesized view of the state of the practice accessible to all

- Discuss with the vendor various issues related to the LeanIX enterprise architecture tool

- Update documentation related to Enterprise Architecture governance

- Integrate the Enterprise Architecture approach in the different processes of the bank

- Create standardized architecture processes and document each step of the process

- Organize communications to the various stakeholders

- Work on the evolution of the high-level evolutionary process for the portfolio planning, prioritization and sequencing exercise
