Position Description

Open hourly rate

Bilingualism: Desirable. Strong French (mandatory), English an asset

Remote work: Until further notice, candidate in the Montreal area preferred.

This position reports to the Senior Director, IT Digital Channels

Your main challenges

- Act as a project management consultant to management and make recommendations to achieve the client's profitability objectives

- Identify complex issues and review project delivery systems and processes for improvement and cost effectiveness with a view to continuous improvement

- Guide the development of projects, ensuring consistency with the client's direction

- Understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities associated with development

- Lead projects that have a significant impact on operations, in order to increase the client's productivity and profitability

- Optimize the use of human, technical, financial and material resources

- Ensure understanding of business issues and sector needs

- Interact with managers in order to influence them and make recommendations that have a significant impact on project management orientations

- Work in agile mode with different teams

- Monitor and coordinate project execution


- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience OR University Certificate/PUB undergraduate degree and eight years of relevant experience

- Certification (PMP), desirable

- Minimum of 5 years project management experience

- Experience in managing large projects with multiple dependencies and integration - Knowledge of the banking industry, desirable

- Mastery of recognized project management techniques, methods and tools

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence

- Good resistance to stress

- Knowledge of Atlassian and MS project tools
