Remote Work: Hybrid, 2 days/week in Montreal office
Bilingualism: Very desirable. French, mandatory. English as functional as possible.
As an Application Analyst, you will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of assets in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
Being an IAM Application Analyst for this customer means..:
master the concepts and processes related to Identity and Access Management
Have worked in the context of Sailpoint's Identity IQ tool (or equivalent)
Be able to understand the end-to-end consumption of IAM services by the Bank's various consumers (other services and applications).
Contribute to the identification of dependencies and operational requirements to ensure quality delivery and deployments without impact.
Be able to popularize and diagram technological and business concepts (documentation, processes and diagrams).
Contribute to the development of analysis practices within the team.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or industry-related field
Approximately 5 years' relevant professional experience as an IT and/or cybersecurity project delivery analyst
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High sense of customer satisfaction and a natural flair for collaboration
Proven skills in analysis, synthesis and popularization.
Knowledge of identity and access management required
Knowledge of the following tools and concepts a big plus: Authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, PAM
Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology an asset
