Telecommuting: Hybrid, 40% in Mtl office mandatory.
Role description :
Be responsible for the definition, planning, organization and delivery of initiatives (features, epics) of multidisciplinary teams.
Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day activities of the multidisciplinary teams under your responsibility.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, other Release Train Engineers and the Project Manager
Support managers in sound project management (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, etc.)
Coach less experienced colleagues in the use of agile methodology and suggest improvements to support the delivery of functionalities.
Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring that solutions are implemented.
Constantly and proactively raise and manage inherent risks and issues
Produce the various reports needed to monitor the progress of projects/train work and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience.
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators
Promote communication within and between teams to ensure transparency
Support your team and other RTEs / POs / project managers / Scrum Master in managing interdependencies and blockers.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree, industry-related, and 7 to 10 years' relevant experience or other degree and several years' relevant experience
Knowledge of SAFe Framework and agile methodologies
Knowledge and certification in the SAFe role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master (SM), essential
Experience in delivery projects
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to explain issues, risks and business objectives in simple terms
Good communication and synthesis skills at all levels of the organization
Resourceful, team player and good communicator
Effective cooperation and accountability
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
