    The Project Management team is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is a strong communicator, very organized, and has the leadership skills to lead & support our Delivery Process. Tell us your story. Tell us why you are the best candidate to join our dynamic team.

    Here’s a sample of what you may be asked to do:

  • Own and operate the overall Bell Media Delivery process, providing support to the Project Management team and senior leaders, and ensuring proactive improvements are made to the process
  • Own and operate the Bell Media Front door process, including coordinating with Senior Managers and Director Owners on next steps for each initiative
  • Manage the project Kanban board, ensuring updates are added weekly, launch dates and calendar are updated and communicated to executives and partners
  • Own and operate the bi-weekly Resource Capacity updates, coordinating with Project Delivery Leaders and function managers to document and resolve over allocation issues
  • Manage the PMO confluence site, for project repositories, weekly High Visibility sheet and Delivery Process templates
  • Present updates to Executive Governance committee on at risk and blocked projects and resource capacity issues

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient at using JIRA & Confluence
  • Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project & Power point
  • Superior communication: oral & written
  • Experience presenting to an Executive audience
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and organizational skills
  • PMP Certification (PMI) or in the process of obtaining Certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile projects
  • Must be self-directed and independent
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
