Introduction:

CTC is seeking a skilled and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our team as we gear up to respond to a high-profile RFP. This role is critical for designing and implementing solutions that align with strategic business objectives. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture and a proven ability to drive innovation and manage complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of enterprise architectures, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and the TOGAF© model.
  • Manage and oversee technology mandates, from conceptual design through to implementation, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Develop organizational policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for information and operational technology architectures.
  • Employ Agile methods such as SCRUM©, SAFEAgile©, and Lean© to enhance project agility and responsiveness.
  • Manage complexity effectively, representing various models and integrating diverse viewpoints to create a cohesive and strategic vision.
  • Ensure the consistency of technological tools and standards with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative project environment.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of six (6) years in advanced enterprise architecture.
  • Strong proficiency with TOGAF architecture principles and familiarity with Microsoft 365© tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information to make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of innovation and the ability to manage complex projects and develop a unified vision.
