Description

• Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable

• Work Mode: Hybrid 40% (2 days per week) - preferred

• Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: an asset

Your Role:

• Understand business issues, identify and analyze the needs of clients and business partners, document requests, and prepare recommendations to design or adapt systems that meet needs and facilitate decision-making.

• Perform various complex analyses, identify gaps, and formulate recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve significant problems.

• Produce functional analyses and collaborate on testing (test plans, test cases, execution, and verification).

• Analyze system change requests, assess impacts on existing applications, suggest, and implement appropriate modifications.

• Provide support to respond to user requests or address issues affecting existing applications.

• Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending various functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

• Map functional requirements to the features and functionalities of systems and applications.

Prerequisites:

• A completed Bachelor's degree related to the field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or another diploma related to the field with several years of relevant experience.

• Act as a senior IT analyst expert aligned with technological targets.

• Proven experience in functional analysis within a complex organization.

• Demonstrated experience in writing functional requirements.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and collaboration tools.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with JIRA/Tempo/Confluence.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and effective priority management.
