IMPORTANT


Candidate should have intermediate working knowledge of client's Residential and Small Business Internet and TV product NPI, including subject matter expertise in related systems like Ordering, Provisioning, Billing etc.


What locations you would consider? open to any locations in Canada as this will be for remote work.


Bilingual is not required. Interviews would be conducted in English


Remote is available. No days required in office, but resource may come into office if he/she wants to.


Provide a description of the typical day to day in this role.

I’m currently running a multi-phased program. A day in the life: provide translation layer between IT/Network back to business, assist with BRD phase (including requirement(s) documentation through the validation of CMO systems and processes), participate and collaborate in SRS phases to validate that all requirements have been addressed with a System requirement and organize scope clarification calls when necessary, and follow up on the execution of non-IT requirements with cross functional stakeholders.

- demonstrated knowledge via experience of client's Internet and TV systems including but not limited to; ordering, provisioning, supply chain, billing.

- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and navigate through ambiguous use cases.

- Strong communications (spoken and written) to multiple levels of organization


There will likely be 1 or 2 interviews – situational type questions, no assessments.


What specific projects will be worked on?

Internet hardware delivery program with Small Business in Central and Atlantic. Based on priority and workload, other projects in client's Smart Home or Internet WiFi app is possible.



3-6 years experience.

May be an expert in one or more of the major areas ie: process modelling or have a good well rounded general exposure.

May supervise more junior analysts.

Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems;

Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements;

Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems;

Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

Works under the direction of a project manager.
