Role:
A Scrum Master mandate within the client's IT and Operations sector involves acting as a specialist in Agile methodology, fostering collaboration and team efficiency using the Scrum framework, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the Wealth Management IT team.

Support Product Owners (POs) in prioritizing and refining tasks.

Assist the manager in effectively managing various initiatives around the team (schedules, risks and issues, interdependencies, etc.).

Act as a coach for colleagues less experienced in Agile methodology and propose improvements to support feature delivery.

Diagnose problematic situations, facilitate their resolution, and ensure the implementation of solutions.

Identify and proactively raise risks and issues inherent to initiatives.

Manage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external collaborators.

Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Interact with the RTE (Release Train Engineer) of the ADVICE train to ensure cohesion.
Skills and Qualities:

Several years of relevant experience as an Agile Scrum Master.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe) and the Scrum Master role is essential.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and summarization skills at all organizational levels.

Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership.

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
