Description

Location: 90% Remote, 10% On-site in Quebec City, QC
Responsibilities:

• Review project-related documentation (specifications, gaps, updates, processes, etc.).

• Analyze business needs to adapt practices or propose tailored IT solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate requirements from stakeholders.

• Present practical solutions to stakeholders, advise, and assist with continuous improvement and innovation.

• Draft and revise business rules and documentation.

• Participate in processes, risk analyses, and quality control activities.

• Adhere to documentation standards and produce deliverables that ensure system sustainability.

Deliverables:

• Preliminary business analyses.

• User needs analyses.

• Impact and gap analyses.

• Other relevant business documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation management and optimization systems.

• Proficient in French (spoken and written).

• Availability for on-site meetings/workshops (approximately 10% of the time).

• Leadership skills, professionalism, and strong interpersonal communication.

• Rigorous, dynamic, curious, agile, and team-oriented.
