Introduction:
CTC is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team as we gear up to respond to a comprehensive RFP. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and support of all IT assets within the project scope. If you are dedicated, have a strong technical background, and excel in customer service, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, support, and manage the operation of all IT assets, including workstations, mobile devices, printers, and videoconferencing systems.
Provide exceptional on-site user support, manage service tickets, and handle incident diagnosis, processing, and documentation.
Conduct asset management duties, including acquisitions and inventory tracking.
Develop and maintain operating procedures, installation guidelines, and various user guides to support the effective use of IT resources.
Demonstrate proficiency with a broad range of technologies and components, particularly Microsoft 365 tools, Windows 1X workstations, Apple mobile devices, and ITIL processes.
Collaborate with IT teams and project stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
A diploma of college studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in the installation, support, and operation of IT assets.
Excellent customer service skills with a strong understanding of the technologies used in the Owner’s environment, including Active Directory, InTune, DNS, Teams, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and GPO.
Ability to provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues.
Strong communication skills and the capability to write clear and concise documentation.
