Introduction:

CTC is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team as we gear up to respond to a comprehensive RFP. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and support of all IT assets within the project scope. If you are dedicated, have a strong technical background, and excel in customer service, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, support, and manage the operation of all IT assets, including workstations, mobile devices, printers, and videoconferencing systems.
  • Provide exceptional on-site user support, manage service tickets, and handle incident diagnosis, processing, and documentation.
  • Conduct asset management duties, including acquisitions and inventory tracking.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, installation guidelines, and various user guides to support the effective use of IT resources.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with a broad range of technologies and components, particularly Microsoft 365 tools, Windows 1X workstations, Apple mobile devices, and ITIL processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and project stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with project goals.

  • Requirements:

  • A diploma of college studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the installation, support, and operation of IT assets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong understanding of the technologies used in the Owner’s environment, including Active Directory, InTune, DNS, Teams, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and GPO.
  • Ability to provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to write clear and concise documentation.
