The IT Analyst – Digital Solutions Integration plays a key role in designing, optimizing, and managing software solutions in a multi-site environment. They collaborate with project teams, ensure system performance, and participate in the implementation of digital solutions while aligning with organizational priorities.

• Participate in project activities, track progress, and propose solutions for any issues that may impact timelines.

• Develop work plans in coordination with team leads based on organizational priorities.

• Design IT architectures suited to software solutions in a multi-site environment.

• Analyze, evaluate, and propose solutions to enhance service quality and ensure high system availability.

• Ensure system performance and coordinate necessary activities for implementation.

• Draft and maintain procedures and processes for system configuration and recovery.

• Develop and organize technical documentation related to integrated systems.

• Support staff affected by system changes and ensure smooth adaptation to new solutions.

• Communicate with service providers to maintain compliance with established standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and integrating software solutions in a multi-site environment.

• Expertise in analyzing, evaluating, and improving system performance.

• Knowledge of system implementation and high availability management.

• Strong skills in technical documentation and configuration procedures.

• Experience in IT project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
