As a Quality Integrator/Analyst, your main role will be to ensure that quality objectives are met within the projects you are assigned to. You will be responsible, in collaboration with the project manager, solutions architect, business analyst and other project members; for developing the optimal quality strategy to cover all identified business requirements.
Your role :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive, concrete testing strategy that is representative of current best practice, taking into account the context of the initiative.

Adopt an end-to-end testing approach on a daily basis, while mastering the technological ecosystem in which you operate

Determine and execute complete test scenarios, adapted and aligned with the testing approach in the X-Ray tool

Produce quality data and test plans, and automated tests, where applicable, that meet our standards of coverage, complexity and maintainability.

Implement a testing approach allowing optimal coverage of requirements while respecting the test pyramid

Make recommendations on the deployment of the solution in production

Respect the standards established within the bank, your team and the industry to ensure a positive customer and employee experience.
Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree or other industry-related degree and several years' relevant experience

5 years' experience in quality assurance, coordination and follow-up

Good knowledge of writing test cases, test sets, Cucumber, Xray and GraphQL

Practical experience of agile approaches and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Knowledge of the financial sector, especially accounting and payments

Leadership, ability to influence and work in a team.

Ability to communicate in French and English to deal with English-speaking suppliers and partners
