Description

• Bilingual: knowledge of French and English required

• Hourly rate fllexible

• Work schedule: Hybrid 2 days at the office (40% of the time), downtown montreal office

The Role

• Support and facilitate continuous improvement

• Build efficient and responsible teams that decide and deliver

• Coordinate the team in the delivery of operational and project objectives

• Ensure delivery by planning activities and deployments

• Ensure that risks and delivery bottlenecks are properly managed

• Involve the entire organization as required

• Promote transparency and a healthy work environment

• Facilitate understanding of Agile values and principles

• Make visible the gains associated with Agility

Skills required:

• Rigor in backlog management and ceremonies

• At least 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in the delivery of complex digital solutions

• Experience in agile methodologies (Agile, SAFe)

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Ability to manage several initiatives at the same time

• Excellent communication, negotiation and change management skills,

• Continuous desire to learn and evolve

• Understanding of the technical challenges associated with development in Java (Spring boot, APIs, microservices), AWS, DevOps and automated testing, and of the various delivery stages (Architecture, Analysis, Development, Testing, etc.).

• Bilingualism in English and French required
