📄 Job Description

For our customer, Héma-Québec, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity Architecture to participate in the design and implementation of security solutions related to risk management, security operations, and best practices across its IT systems. The consultant will work with the Architecture and Cybersecurity Directorate, as well as the General Secretariat for Risk and Audit, offering expert advice on incident management and operational practices, especially within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Reporting to the Director of IT Architecture, the consultant will actively support Héma-Québec’s ERP replacement project with SAP S/4HANA (including but not limited to SAP VLMS, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, AIG, etc.), and be a key contributor to its success.

This mandate plays a vital role in Héma-Québec’s corporate transformation plan and aims to reduce cyber risk and ensure operational resilience.


✅ Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise application, information, and technology architecture in alignment with the SAP solution.

  • Participate throughout the entire ERP project lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, improvement).

  • Develop transition plans from current to target architectures and recommend implementation projects.

  • Advise and support business units on architectural matters.

  • Act as a technical reference point across multiple domains.

  • Participate in workshops, and develop and document detailed solution designs.

  • Create and execute architectural plans that support complex business goals.

  • Provide technical solutions and reinforce stakeholder engagement.

  • Participate in BpX validations of technologies/infrastructure, including documentation.

  • Lead architectural requirements from definition to delivery (project, internal ops, SAP RISE).

  • Represent enterprise architecture within the project.

  • Support the delivery director in project execution.

  • Handle related tasks to facilitate the successful delivery and integration of the SAP project.


✅ Requirements

🎓 Education

  • University degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent relevant experience.

💼 Experience

  • 10+ years of diverse, hands-on experience in architecture and cybersecurity roles.

  • 10 years as a solution architect.

  • 2–5 years of demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA, including SAP RISE.

  • 5–10 years with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

  • 1–2 large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects in a similar role.

  • 2–3 years in regulated (pharmaceutical or similar) environments with validation (GxP, BpX).

  • 2–3 years in advanced identity management, data governance, and identity federation.

  • 3 years as a Project Manager.

  • 3 years writing standards, governance, directives, procedures.

  • 2 years writing security operations guides (recommended).

  • 3 years writing cloud architecture documents.

  • 2 years deploying security systems.

  • 2 years developing/fixing security code.

  • 2 years in automation and deployment (recommended).

  • 3 years with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies (recommended).

  • 3 years working with security tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR.

  • 3 years of Agile/Scrum experience.
