Typical day to day in this role. - Welcome customer at the front desk as well as receiving shipment, opening incident and service request for customer equipment, invoicing.

Interview process - 1st interview by hiring managers virtual, 2nd interview with Sr Manager in office.

Projects you will be working on - Client's radio contract for Ottawa clients

Side project - Ticketing & Billing

Potential for extension or to hire full time exists


Must be willing to share the in office presence. It’s at least 5 days in office weekly. They will share the in office task with another agent however at the start they might be in office everyday.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality

  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met

  • Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool

  • Manage and update the inventory system

  • Complete service orders

  • Process invoices and complete billing/


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • As required to meet customer’s needs, successful candidate must pass client's, OPP background checks as well as the one from the Sûreté du Québec.

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service

  • Bilingualism in French/English is mandatory

  • Detail oriented

  • Able to prioritize and multi-task at a high level

  • Able to solve problems analytically

  • Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently

  • Self-motivated, self-governing, and accountable

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
