Your main challenges :
-
Understand business issues, identify and analyze customer and business partner needs, document requests and prepare recommendations for designing or adapting systems that meet needs and facilitate decision-making.

Analyze system change requests, assess impacts on existing applications, suggest and implement appropriate modifications.
-
Establish validation and quality control procedures, in line with established development norms and standards, and carry out comprehensive tests to ensure that systems developed or modified are adequate

Provide support in response to user requests or problems affecting existing applications.
More specifically, you will :

Participate in various project activities
-
Produce or take part in assessments of new requirements (projects and evolutionary requests)
-
Produce functional analyses
-
Participate in testing (test plan and test sets, test execution and verification).
-
Participate in resolving customer and application support requests.
-
Review processes and suggest improvements
-
Participate in updating documentation
-
Respect architecture targets
-
As required, supervise other resources as part of project implementation or evolutionary requests.
Profile:
-
Undergraduate degree in computer science or relevant field
-
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
-
Experience in banking and/or finance desirable
-
Proficiency in Ms Office suite and collaboration tools
-
Knowledge of SQL
-
Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps
-
Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence
-
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
-
Ability to manage priorities and time efficiently;

Thoroughness and rigor.

Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English
