Description

• Term of office: 12 months

• Telecommuting: Hybrid

• Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: an asset

• Part-time mandate - 2 days a week in downtown Montreal office

• Maximum rate: 105$/h

Your role

• Orchestrate the delivery of the business solution in iteration

• Manage interdependencies and stakeholders

• Mobilize and engage teams towards a common goal

• Coordinate delivery priorities and schedules with other projects and teams

• Ensure linkages for successful releases

• Act as the team's spokesperson to IT

• Influence the PO (delivery capacity/constraints/risks/issues etc.)

• Develop mitigation plans and solutions

• Support PO decision-making (scope, cost, schedule) to maximize product value

• Actively manage budget and resources in line with business priorities

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree, industry-related, and five years' relevant experience

• Demonstrated project management experience in a complex organization

• Proficiency in managing IT projects in Agile mode;

• Knowledge of or familiarity with traditional IT development approaches;

• Mastery of stakeholder management;

• Proven application of Agile methods and techniques (Disciplined Agile, Scrum, Kanban; SAFe, etc ) within large-scale projects;

• Mastery of project management tools and more specifically those selected by the Bank for Agile project management, for example: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint...

• Project management experience in the banking or financial sector.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Experience in regulatory projects an asset.
