CTC007763 - Solutions Architect

Your role

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs (functional and non-functional) in order to design quality end-to-end technical solutions that are composable and aligned with business objectives.
Integration Technology Expertise: Evaluate and recommend appropriate emerging technologies, platforms and tools for each project, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards.
Integration Patterns: Identify the most appropriate integration patterns, such as APIs, streaming, MSA, containerization/serverless that enable scalability, maintainability and are decoupled, secure and cost-effective.
Domain Driven Design (DDD): applying DDD principles to solve complex problems while delivering a composable architecture
Cloud expertise: Produce native or hybrid Cloud solutions by proposing the AWS Cloud services most appropriate to the project context, such as Serverless and containers.

Modeling - Data :

Develop and maintain a complete data architecture
Analyze, design, model and optimize data for business projects based on DDD
Create data models, data flows, message models (JSON), identify authoritative data sources, value domains and ensure data integrity

Data Integration :

Design data integration solutions to connect data sources and identify data flows and transformations required.
Security Expertise and Risk Management: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect data, applications and systems, and ensure compliance with data security, privacy and regulatory requirements
Leadership and Customer Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting and explaining technical solutions while leading and mentoring a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Prerequisites:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, and ten years' relevant experience or Master's degree in Information Technology, and eight years' relevant experience
Proven experience as a solutions architect, focusing on large-scale, complex solutions.
In-depth knowledge of software design and development using JEE, Spring Boot, Kafka, React and/or Angular technologies.
Mastery of AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured and unstructured databases, such as Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB and S3.
Mastery of modern ecosystem concepts, technologies and solutions, including composable architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, security and cloud services;
Mastery of data modeling and database design (structured and unstructured),
Experience in data integration techniques and data transformation tools
In-depth knowledge of OpenApi and AsyncApi standards, modeling tools such as Power Designer, etc.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong synthesis, analysis and popularization skills.
Experience with agile methodologies.
AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional certification is an asset.
Fluency in written and spoken French is mandatory. A functional level of English is required.
