Description

The Senior Functional Analyst plays a key role in analyzing, documenting, and defining functional requirements for software development projects. They work closely with product managers, product owners, developers, and software architects to ensure the success of the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the guidelines and directions set by the DRI management team, product managers, and product owners.

• Support product managers and product owners in analyzing and documenting requirements and solutions.

• Collaborate with software architects and senior developers to define non-functional requirements.

• Participate in meetings between product managers and clients.

• Develop and document functional requirements related to the project.

• Produce requirement analysis documents, functional architecture documents, and other required deliverables.

• Analyze the root cause of release and production anomalies and document the solutions to be implemented.

• Support developers in the design and implementation of solutions.

• Write, execute, validate, and/or coordinate functional and performance tests.

• Identify and evaluate the impact of changes, their challenges, and their timelines.

• Contribute to product quality assurance.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of functional analysis methods.

• Perform development tasks (testing, code reviews).

Requirements:

• Advanced, recognized, and relevant experience as a functional analyst.

• Experience in projects using Agile methodology.

• Experience in analysis within a .NET environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL language.

• Knowledge of Scrum methodology, Lean principles, and Agile development.
