Role Description:
A Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams. The role involves process mapping, conducting various analyses (processes, data, impacts, risks, issues), and raising stakeholder awareness of change management efforts.
In the cybersecurity team, the Business Analyst delivers strategic projects while improving work methods.
Your Role:

Master the technological ecosystem and understand interrelationships.

Document current processes and support product owners, business partners, and IT teams in decision-making and deliverables.

Perform diverse analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional/non-functional, informational, processes, business rules).

Propose and implement IT strategies and solutions, taking into account stakeholder needs.

Identify and document information about stakeholders and their requirements.

Ensure delivery of analysis and documentation to support smooth operational change management.
Prerequisites:
-
Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, autonomy, proactivity, collaboration, learning agility.

Education: Related university degree and several years of relevant experience.

Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of business process methodologies: modeling, BPMN, etc.

Strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Understanding of identity management concepts in cybersecurity (SSO, MFA, Authentication, Authorization, etc.).
