About the team
Within our team, you will be helping to build the solution that helps other teams build their own solutions better. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is used for the basis of our solution, which enables the ability to scale agile at Client. BAF provides supported process and tooling solutions that can be quickly adopted by delivery teams looking to get the benefits of faster time to market, increased productivity, improvement in quality and better employee engagement. You will work on an agile team of teams to evolve this solution.
Agile Team members accept work as part of starting a sprint. After starting the sprint, they meet daily with the team (5-12) to help each other complete work committed in the sprint. All team members also participate in delivery planning and committing to Features that the larger teams of teams will deliver together. We rely on creative thinking, ownership, the ability to work with others and being customer centric to provide the best solution possible for our user community.
This particular role is for a team member with experience and understanding of working with and configuring portfolio management processes and systems, preferably Planview.

Key Responsibilities
Working within an agile team, including vendors, to onboard a portfolio management process and tooling solution
Manage and report status of work activities to senior leaders
Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of all the capabilities the team provides —from inception and design, deployment, operation, and refinement.
Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation; evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
Practice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems.
Critical Qualifications
Experience with Scaled Agile and Portfolio Management in an Agile environment
Experience and understanding of working with and configuring enterprise agile planning and portfolio management processes and systems, preferably Planview
Effective stakeholder management and prioritization and problem solving capabilities
Ability to manage and report status of work activities to senior leaders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field involving software/systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Possesses a customer centric mindset when building solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Certification from Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
Experience configuring JIRA and Confluence areas
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning interface points for time reporting, resource planning, capital management and financials (SAP)
Experience with algorithms and data structures.
