We are looking for a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect - Microsoft to participate in the implementation of the organization's Cybersecurity Technology Roadmap, and to support business projects in their architecture when it relies on our customer's IAM capabilities and services.

Your role:

• Contribute to the detailed design of a new target AD:

• A modern, security-oriented approach to the AD and its various authentication modes.

• Have a good understanding of the links with EntraID (authentication and authorization)

• Understanding of the different access models on the market (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC)

• Comfortable with infras as code and config as code approaches

• Support the implementation of new AD target administration structures, policies and rules;

• Have a good understanding of the business and IT processes involved in managing the new target;

• Contribute to the drafting of detailed strategies for the migration of the various structures, objects and policies required from the current domains to the new target.

• Have a good understanding of application dependencies with AD and EntraID

• Support the teams responsible for carrying out the migration during the consolidation process.

Prerequisites:

• Several years' similar professional experience in cybersecurity solutions architecture and in supporting business projects with their IT security needs.

• Political acumen and stakeholder management skills (business partners, project stakeholders, third-party suppliers, partners, ...).

• In-depth knowledge and experience of the IAM domain, with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Azure AD, AD, ADFS, AD Connect, etc.).

• Experience in designing complex, mission-critical solutions.

• Adherence to DevOps culture and previous experience in DevOps delivery environments.

• Experience in Agile / SAFe delivery.

• Strong intellectual curiosity, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High sense of service quality and customer orientation.

• Commitment and autonomy - Strategic and technological vision. -

• Bilingualism (French/English), as you will be dealing with stakeholders in both languages.

• Knowledge of the banking environment
