The Scrum Master will be responsible for supporting and energising two development squads, within a Safe train of 11 teams, to optimise their performance, achieve the objectives set, and eliminate obstacles and non-value-added tasks. He/she will play a key role in organising and leading Agile rituals and will ensure the health of the various artefacts (DoR, DoD, etc.).

Main responsibilities

Guiding and supporting development teams to improve their productivity, while ensuring that objectives are met and eliminating inefficiencies and obstacles.
Manage and maintain the quality of key artefacts such as the definition of entry (DoR) and exit (DoD) criteria, while ensuring that ceremonies are properly organised with the team.
Familiarise yourself with the strategic vision of requirements, opportunities, challenges and problems to be solved.
Assisting the Product Owners (PO) in managing the product backlog, in particular updating and prioritising it.
Working with the PO to ensure that the status of projects is clearly accessible to all stakeholders in real time.
Encourage fluid, open and transparent communication between all team members and stakeholders.
Support the team in identifying and managing the risks associated with delivering solutions and managing interdependencies.
Work closely with business partners and support the PO (if present) in defining the vision and developing necessary improvements.
Encourage and promote the adoption of Lean-Agile practices and values within the team.
In a ‘project’ context, support the PO and project managers in monitoring the performance of the team and the project, providing clear reports on their health and progress.

Profile required

College diploma (DEC) in IT, management or any other relevant field.
At least 5 years' professional experience in the IT sector.
At least 2 years' proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a good command of the SAFe approach.

Mandatory certifications:

Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

Preferred certifications :

Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) or higher
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM)
Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I)
