Remote work: Until further notice, candidate in the Montreal area preferred.
Temp-to-perm: the resource must become a permanent employee for this client at the end of the contract
Main responsibilities
As a full stack developer, you will participate in the definition and implementation of technological solutions, while making recommendations and providing management with the information necessary to achieve the efficiency and profitability objectives of the solutions set by the client. You will develop concepts or ideas in a complex ecosystem and mandates that have a major impact on the client's business.
More specifically, you will:
Conceptualize, prototype and develop risk management tools
Perform a variety of complex analyses, identify gaps and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of systems and processes and solve significant problems
Maintain complex IT systems and make them evolve according to user needs and business imperatives while ensuring transparency on current operations
Participate in the testing phases to ensure that developed or modified systems function properly
Ensure the cybersecurity of the systems under the responsibility of the sector, in collaboration with a group of experts and by applying the norms and standards of the client
Requirements:
We are looking for creative candidates who are comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and who demonstrate the ability to think logically and break down complex problems in a SAFe/Agile environment.
Specific Requirements:
University degree in computer science
Minimum of 5 years experience in application development
Mastery of .NET, SQL and relational databases
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Bitbucket (GIT), Jenkins, Nexus, Vault)
Experience with Agile/Scrum and knowledge of JIRA
Experience with unit testing frameworks
Sense of autonomy and creativity in problem solving
Concern for the quality of customer service and products delivered
Rigor and leadership
Knowledge considered an asset:
Knowledge of Delphi
Knowledge of AWS Cloud environments
