Profile/Specialty: LMS (Validated Environment) / EC (EP)

Reporting to: IT Solutions Manager

Overview:
The consultant will work within the VLMS and EP (EC) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate incident tickets, problems, and change requests.

  • Recommend best business practices and propose various value-added solutions through contextual analysis.

  • Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Participate in planning and effort estimation for activities and deliverables.

  • Actively participate in workshops for solution design.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and document development/configuration specifications.

  • Configure the system.

  • Document configuration details.

  • Contribute to solution validation documentation (integrated tests) and document pre-deployment testing requirements.

  • Identify and document test cases.

  • Execute and document tests.

  • Participate in and analyze module upgrades (patches and version updates).

  • Act as an expert within the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION team, contributing to their expertise in the module.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT or business management, or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Employee Central - “Employee Profile.”

  • SuccessFactors LMS Certification.

  • SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.

  • Must be a registered SAP partner (provisioning rights required).

  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Canvas, Stories, and Plateau.

  • 1 or 2 participations in SAP S4/HANA projects in a similar role is an asset.

  • Knowledge of agile methodology is an asset.

  • Dual expertise in IT and business domain preferred.

  • Strong configuration skills in business solutions.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with leadership qualities.

  • Ability to promote optimal solutions to complex problems.

  • Strong team spirit and client-focused approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Autonomous and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) with a good understanding of English.

Additional Information:

  • 100% remote work, preferably within the same time zone as Canada.

  • Occasional travel to the Montreal office may be required in case of critical issues, subject to discussion.

  • Responsibilities include:


  • Managing and analyzing biannual SuccessFactors VLMS and EP updates.

  • Handling multiple improvement requests for VLMS and related integrations.
